Top 23 Things to do in Valencia, Spain with Kids

We love Valencia. This is the start of what I believe will be quite a long love letter to the city.

EXCERPT:

“It’s hard to run out of things to do in Valencia, Spain with kids. It is a very family-friendly place. Not only are there plenty of fun things to do in Valencia, but the people are also extremely accommodating to families. People on the street and on buses go out of their way to give strollers the right-of-way, and kids are welcomed wherever they go. Store owners often dote on babies while their parents check out, and the al fresco dining culture here is made even better by the number of small parks and open spaces for kids to run around.

Below is our favorite 23 things to do in Valencia with kids, but this is only part of a growing list of fun family experiences in Valencia we’re compiling. I am sure to return to this post and update it as we get to know the city better.”

About Jason Andrew Jenkins

In 1997, Jason left his home near Atlanta for a year abroad. He liked it so much that he never went back. After three years in Taiwan and 13 years in Japan, he and his wife quit their desk jobs in Tokyo, pulled their kids out of local schools and traveled as a family for six years, living in Malaysia, Spain, and Mexico along the way. They returned to Japan — Osaka this time — in the summer of 2019. Jason loves Google Maps, carry-on luggage, and most dishes registering on the Scoville scale.
